Day 2 from #HolyMotoRTW2019 is done! After some problems in the morning with starting of Boris engine, we move fast to the our first border to Turkey. I was quite exited how fast we cross, when I was turned back from the last check point due to some lack of information in the custom system… It was so hot and I was already totally wet, so walking from the bike to the some offices on the border under the sun was the last I needed. I spend something like an half hour waiting for the system to work, small talking with the custom employees, who were quite surprised to see me on top of Boris, so finally I was released, but I have to spend some more few minutes to hydrate myself and just to relax under some nice tree shadow. The ride to Istanbul was just fine, thanks to Polly Marinova, who advised me to catch the route D-100, except few city passing, there was quite free and beautiful kilometers in divers environment. When I enter Istanbul megalopolis the traffic started to be really heavy, but maintainable! But at the end we spend 4 hours without stop fighting with the traffic, even Boris decided to give me few minutes brake, when police stopped me due to some rule to not enter the tunnel under the Bosphorus on motorbike, so he refused to start his engine before I relaxed and he was cooled:))) And the end already in the dark we succeeded to reach the home of Harley-Davidson in East Istanbul and welcomed greatly from different chapters in Turkey! Tomorrow we will spend some time, enjoying of company of our friends in Istanbul and Freedom ride here! So, only 2 days and we already visit 2 continents – yesterday in Europe, today in Asia:)))
